Social Media Manager / female

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Account Manager to lead the growth and engagement of our brand’s presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the Saudi market, understand local trends and audience behavior, and be skilled at driving organic engagement and building meaningful online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the brand’s social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop and implement strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Plan and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media teams to deliver high-performing content.
• Monitor insights and analytics to evaluate performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, viral content, and cultural moments within the Saudi market.
• Engage with followers and influencers to build an authentic brand community.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media accounts in the Saudi market.
• Proven track record of boosting organic engagement and growing brand audiences.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and audience psychology.
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and performance dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Based in Riyadh and available for on-site coordination when needed.

Preferred:

• Experience managing social media for premium or lifestyle brands.
• Familiarity with paid media strategy and influencer collaborations.
