Social Media Manager (Female)

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop, manage, and grow our online presence across all social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing posting schedules, monitoring performance, and fostering strong community engagement. You will collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and support overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, etc.)
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns
• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and product launches

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and analytics tools
• Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
