Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage multiple brand accounts, create engaging content, conduct research, track performance, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. You must be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling several tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across major social media platforms.
• Conduct regular content and trend research to stay updated on audience preferences and competitor strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements, share updates, and collect feedback.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain consistent brand identity.
• Generate creative campaign ideas to boost engagement and audience growth.
• Assist during shoots and help create short-form video content for social media.

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Social Media Marketer or in a similar role.
• Must have previous marketing agency experience.
• Strong ability to manage and communicate with multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.
• Ability to analyze performance data and prepare clear reports.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Solid organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Basic mobile photography and videography skills.
• Ability to write creative scripts for Reels and short video content.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand agency environment.
