Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a strictly onsite position, so applicants must be available to work from our office. Female candidates are preferred for this role.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, running paid campaigns, and creating engaging video content on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) for lead generation and brand awareness
• Edit and publish daily video content (Reels/Shorts)
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Engage with audience, respond to messages, and manage inquiries professionally
• Collaborate with the team to align content with business goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Filmora, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite on a full-time basis
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience working with healthcare, skincare, or personal brands
• Ability to handle high-volume content production
