Job Title: Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Experience required: 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer queries and issues via handling our client’s official WhatsApp Numbers, email and other social media platforms in a timely and professional manner ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their queries and issues.

· Understand and effectively communicate information about the company's products or services to customers.

· Document each customer’s question / problem and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

· Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

· Collaborate with other departments such as sales or technical support to address customer needs effectively.

· Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

· Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution time and customer satisfaction ratings.

· Prepare and submit regular reports to management for approvals and updates on customer interactions, issues resolved and overall performance indicators.

· Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms using Meta Business Suite.

· Boost posts and track performance via Meta Business Suite to optimize reach.

· Run and manage Meta ads, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on data.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in IT, BBA, Mass Communication or related field.

· Previous experience in customer service or support role, preferably in a chat-based environment.

· Good communication and follow up skills.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of using social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

· Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
