Job Title: Social Media Manager / Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy

Create and curate engaging content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others

Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and optimize strategies for better engagement and reach

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall business goals

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and paid advertisements

Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns

Graphic Designing Responsibilities

Design high-quality visuals for social media posts, ads, and campaigns

Create banners, posts, reels covers, and marketing creatives

Develop brand-consistent graphics aligned with company identity

Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging ad creatives

Edit images and videos for social media and digital campaigns

Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)

Maintain a library of design assets and templates

• Requirements
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital / Performance Marketing
• Candidate with strong, proven expertise in Adobe Illustrator, capable of delivering high-quality, creative, and brand-aligned designs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
• Agency experience will be a strong advantage
