We are seeking a highly creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is a hybrid position that requires expertise in social media management, new trend identification, creative strategy development, and hands-on graphic design. The ideal candidate will also oversee a junior designer and ensure all designs meet quality standards.

Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies every six months for KBizz and our clients, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Identify new social media trends, creative ideas, formats, and content opportunities (Reels, stories, platform updates, algorithms).
- Create and manage content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms using Meta Business Suite, Sprout, and other scheduling tools (training provided).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content and campaigns to recommend improvements.
Graphic Design & Creative Production
- Design high-quality and engaging social media graphics, Reels, story visuals, infographics, banners, and promotional content.
- Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements.
- Conduct creative audits on social media designs, ensuring quality, creativity, and consistency.
- Review and validate your own work and that of others to ensure accuracy and adherence to client-specific guidelines.
Team Coordination & Leadership
- Supervise and guide a Junior Graphic Designer, providing feedback and direction.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to develop high-impact visual strategies.
- Brainstorm new design ideas and creative approaches to keep social media feeds engaging and modern.
Trend Analysis & Innovation
- Stay updated on latest platform trends, design styles, viral formats, and industry best practices.
- Recommend and implement new creative ideas to improve brand presence and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Social Media Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a major plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and design requirements.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and other scheduling tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide junior designers.
- Excellent communication, creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
