POSITION OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee and elevate the online presence of all Group Entities. The successful candidate will develop and implement social media strategies that engage audiences, enhance brand identity, and drive business results. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of social media platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the marketing goals of each Group Entity.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage and grow these communities across various platforms.

Content Creation

  • Produce and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) optimized for each social media platform.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Community Engagement

  • Build and nurture an online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor social media conversations and trends, ensuring timely responses and effective engagement.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media activity, growth, engagement, and overall impact on business goals.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including branding, PR, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive communication and branding across platforms.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Requirements

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing social media for brands, preferably within the technology and hospitality services sector.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creativity with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights to strategy.
