Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with
  • business goals
  • Manage daily social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and engagement
  • Create original content such as posts, reels, stories, short videos, and graphics
  • Write compelling captions, calls-to-action, and hashtag strategies
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews
  • Monitor brand mentions and handle basic customer inquiries or complaints professionally
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to support campaigns
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (if required)
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools
  • Use insights to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth
  • Identify influencers or partnership opportunities to expand brand reach
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms
  • Conduct competitor analysis and suggest improvements


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong creativity and storytelling abilities
  • Understanding of platform-specific best practices (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn,
  • Facebook, X)
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts or campaigns
  • Basic design and video-editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools preferred)
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts (brand or agency experience is a

  • Portfolio or examples of previous social media work (preferred)
