Manage daily social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and engagement

Create original content such as posts, reels, stories, short videos, and graphics

Write compelling captions, calls-to-action, and hashtag strategies

Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes

Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules

Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews

Monitor brand mentions and handle basic customer inquiries or complaints professionally

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to support campaigns

Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (if required)

Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools

Use insights to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth

Identify influencers or partnership opportunities to expand brand reach

Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms

Conduct competitor analysis and suggest improvements
Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong creativity and storytelling abilities

Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics

Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts or campaigns

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field
