About the Job

Social Media Manager to develop and execute the overall social media strategy for Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab and its brand portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and refine the overarching social media strategy for the resort, restaurants and wellness brands.
• Set long term goals for growth, engagement and brand awareness and drive continuous innovation.
• Oversee and approve content calendars and ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels.
• Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all platforms.
• Manage social media crises and sensitive issues with escalation protocols.
• Establish and enforce social media policies, guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in shooting, editing photo and video content; mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, listening tools and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent written and oral English communication with strong interpersonal and creative problem solving skills.
• Over 5 years managing multi channel social media campaigns for luxury brands in house and agency.
• Skilled in analytics to measure performance, optimize campaigns and stay current with trends.
• Proven ability to develop innovative strategies that grow communities and drive engagement.
