Social Media Manager (Meta, TikTok & Influencer Partnerships)

We’re seeking a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to manage our Meta and TikTok presence for U.S. clients — and lead global micro-influencer partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Create, schedule, and manage daily content on Meta and TikTok.
• Plan and run paid ad campaigns focused on U.S. audiences.
• Monitor ad performance, optimize for reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, strategic posting.
• Collaborate with creative teams for visuals, copy, and storytelling.
• Track and report on budgets, KPIs, and campaign efficiency.
• Stay updated on trends, algorithm shifts, and competitor strategies.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives and formats to maximize impact.

Influencer & Partnership Outreach

• Identify and connect with micro-influencers (India, Pakistan, USA, and globally).
• Build authentic relationships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Negotiate collaboration terms and ensure alignment with brand voice and goals.
• Coordinate influencer deliverables and measure content performance & ROI.
• Manage influencer databases and partnership reporting dashboards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing Meta & TikTok marketing for international brands.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Proven ability to identify, contact, and manage micro-influencers.
• Strong written English and understanding of U.S. market communication style.
• Highly organized with an analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working night shifts from Lahore (U.S. time zone).
