Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan, create, and publish daily content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Engage with audiences by monitoring interactions, responding to messages/comments, and building active online communities.
• Track social media performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare insightful reports.
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to maintain consistent branding and campaign execution.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to maximize performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms.
• Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Strong communication skills with creative content writing ability and visual sense.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
