Kissprom is a fast-growing fashion e-commerce brand specializing in statement looks and special-occasion wear. We are building a strong social-first brand and are looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to lead short-form content, community engagement, and social media growth across key platforms.
Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, organized, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager who understands fashion, short-form video, and e-commerce. This role will manage daily social media execution across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating content from concept to posting, appearing on camera when needed, and using performance data to improve results.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media strategy and execution across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms as needed
- Plan and maintain a content calendar, including content concepts, scripts, shoots, edits, captions, and posting schedules
- Create short-form, trend-driven content that aligns with the Kissprom brand voice and product direction
- Appear on camera when needed, or direct on-camera talent for product and lifestyle content
- Work closely with the photo, design, and e-commerce teams to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns
- Manage community engagement, including comments, DMs, user-generated content, and brand voice consistency
- Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations, including outreach, briefs, content review, and performance tracking
- Track weekly performance metrics, including views, engagement, follower growth, traffic, and conversions
- Use data and platform trends to test new ideas and improve content performance quickly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of social media experience, preferably for a fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video trends
- Portfolio or social media work samples required
- Strong English writing and copywriting skills
- Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging short-form content
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools
- Strong visual sense and understanding of fashion styling, product presentation, and brand aesthetics
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and fast turnarounds
- Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience managing influencer or creator programs
- Familiarity with paid social boosting, UTM tracking, and basic e-commerce conversion funnels
- Photography, styling, or fashion content production experience
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms is a plus
