Social Media Manager - Onsite

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Lead to spearhead our social media strategy, manage a team, and drive lead generation and brand engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running social media campaigns, generating leads, and managing a team to achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media executives, content creators, and designers.
• Plan, create, and oversee engaging content across multiple social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Design and run paid and organic campaigns to drive leads, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
• Manage budgets for paid campaigns and track expenditure for efficiency.
• Report regularly on social media performance, insights, and lead generation outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 1 to 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing social media campaigns and generating measurable leads.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
