Social Media Manager (Onsite - Lahore)

We are seeking a data-driven Social Media & Growth Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence. The ideal candidate isn't just a "content poster" but a Growth Strategist who understands the science behind the scroll. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between creative content and measurable business results, using data to drive engagement and audience expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly monitor and interpret social media numbers (Reach, Impressions, CTR, and Engagement rates) to provide actionable insights for strategy optimization.
• Posting & Scheduling: Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic posting rhythm across all platforms.
• Growth Hacking: Identify and execute tactics to increase follower base and organic reach by staying ahead of platform algorithm changes.
• Community Management: Actively engage with our online community, managing responses and fostering discussions to build long-term brand loyalty.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with design and video teams to ensure all creative assets are optimized for performance and growth.

Required Skills & Experience

• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using platform-native analytics (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio) and third-party tools to track KPIs.
• Strategic Planning: Proven ability to create structured content pillars and maintain organized scheduling systems.
• Growth Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of what drives viral growth and how to convert scrollers into an active community.
• Adaptability: Ability to shift tactics quickly based on real-time data and emerging trends.
