Role Summary
Own ALIV’s organic Instagram strategy and execution end-to-end. Build a distinct brand voice, grow reach and engagement, and showcase innovation (science, safety, outcomes—ethically and simply).
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Calendar: Define IG content pillars, weekly/monthly calendars, and posting cadence (Reels, carousels, Stories, Lives).

Brand & Storytelling: Turn medical inputs into clear, relatable posts (myths vs facts, safety/SOPs, founder voice, clinic BTS, case learnings de-identified).

Creation & Production: Write hooks/captions; script Reels; shoot/brief shoots; edit short videos; design carousels (Canva/Adobe/CapCut).

Innovation Showcasing: Highlight protocols, hygiene, approvals/ethics, and patient experience (with consent) in patient-friendly language.

Community Management: Own comments/DMs with SOPs; escalate medical queries to clinicians; build UGC/testimonial pipelines (consent-first).

Collaborations: Manage organic creator/doctor/KOL collabs; coordinate Lives/webinars; track outcomes.

Analytics & Iteration: Track IG Insights/GA4/UTMs; A/B test hooks, formats, thumbnails; refine weekly.

Compliance: Follow medical review workflow; responsible claims, before/after norms, privacy and consent.
Must-Have Skills

3–5 years in organic social; proven Instagram growth and engagement results.

Strong copywriting for Indian audiences (English + Hindi/Marathi or local); crisp hooks and clear CTAs.

Hands-on Reels production & editing; carousel design basics.

Comfortable turning medical notes into simple, accurate content.

Tools: Meta Business Suite, IG Insights, GA4/UTMs, Canva/Adobe/CapCut, Google Workspace.
Good to Have: Healthcare/wellness experience, basic SEO for social, newsletter/blog repurposing, managing creators/freelancers, studio shoot coordination.
