Ringo Media is looking for a sharp, results-driven Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social media. Not just posting content, but genuinely growing communities, driving organic reach, and running paid campaigns that convert.
This is not a basic social media job. You will be expected to own our brand presence across platforms, actively engage in communities and groups (especially LinkedIn), grow our audience organically with strategy (not luck), and manage paid social campaigns with real budget accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Build and execute an organic growth strategy focused on reach, engagement, and community building
- Actively participate in LinkedIn groups, Facebook communities, and niche online spaces to increase brand visibility
- Plan and manage a consistent content calendar aligned with business goals
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting and budgets, and report on ROAS and key metrics
- Track and report weekly/monthly analytics: follower growth, reach, engagement rate, CPL, and conversions
- Collaborate with the creative team to brief and review content, graphics, and video for social use
- Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, trending content formats, and community best practices
- Bring fresh ideas, test them, and double down on what works
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience (agency or brand side)
- Proven organic growth track record. You must be able to show real numbers and real results
- Experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads
- Active understanding of LinkedIn community strategy, groups, and professional networking
- Strong written communication skills in English: captions, comments, DMs, and reports
- Analytical mindset. Comfortable reading platform insights and making data-backed decisions
- Self-starter who takes ownership and does not wait to be told what to post
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva is fine). A plus, not a must
