Social Media Manager (Packaging-USA)

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager (USA Shift timings) with a passion for packaging and branding to lead our online presence across all major platforms. This role is perfect for someone who understands both B2B and B2C audiences and can position our custom packaging solutions as innovative, sustainable, and brand-enhancing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage a results-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content tailored to the packaging industry, including product showcases, customer stories, behind-the-scenes, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and copy for social media.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Run targeted ad campaigns to promote products, seasonal packaging solutions, and customer case studies.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activity, and innovations in the custom packaging space.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in social media management, preferably in B2B or packaging/printing industries.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer, and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
