Ringo Media is looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns, creating engaging content, and building meaningful connections with our audience. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness.
- Develop and execute content strategies, including scheduling posts, writing captions, and aligning creatives with brand goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to achieve ROI and conversion goals.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversions, and cost per lead.
- Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-quality visuals, videos, and ad creatives.
- Manage multiple social media accounts across platforms with consistency in tone, branding, and messaging.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Social Media Manager or Paid Social Ads Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other social ad platforms.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting skills for social captions, ad headlines, and engagement replies.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
