Role Summary:
The Social Media Manager / Performance Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms. This role focuses on driving engagement, brand awareness, and measurable business results through both organic and paid strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to produce high-quality digital assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and continuously improve performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in social media management and performance marketing, at least 4-5 years
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital marketing trends is a plus.
