Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, edit, and publish engaging posts, stories, and videos that reflect the brand voice and support marketing goals
- Monitor social channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, conversions) and compile monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams—including design, marketing, PR, and sales—to ensure social strategies align with broader campaigns
- Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and social media best practices to enhance strategy and performance
- Support the execution of paid social media campaigns and influencer partnerships
- Manage community engagement and ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation across all platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or organization
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in content creation and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize social strategies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Passion for digital trends, creativity, and community building
