Job Purpose

The Manager, Corporate Communication & PR supports the execution of Modon’s communication and public relations strategy. The role manages day-to-day media relations, content creation, and internal communication initiatives to strengthen Modon’s brand presence and reputation. Working closely with the Associate Director, the position ensures clear, consistent, and timely communication across all channels while fostering positive engagement with media, partners, and employees.



Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

External Communications & Media Relations

  • Implement the corporate communication and PR strategy in line with Modon’s brand and business objectives.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, speeches, Q&As, and media statements in English.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies and media partners to secure coverage and manage journalist inquiries.
  • Monitor news, social media, and industry developments to identify proactive PR opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated media list and ensure positive, ongoing relationships with key media outlets.
  • Support in managing crisis communication responses and holding statements under the Associate Director’s direction.


Internal Communications

  • Support internal engagement programs including staff announcements, newsletters, and internal campaigns.
  • Coordinate logistics and communication content for internal events such as townhalls and leadership messages.
  • Draft and edit internal messages, ensuring alignment with Modon’s tone of voice and communication standards.


Content Development

  • Develop high-quality written materials including articles, speeches, corporate presentations, and website content.
  • Support the production of communication assets such as media kits, reports, and key message documents.
  • Work with designers and digital teams to ensure all communication materials are visually consistent with Modon’s brand.


Reputation & Reporting

  • Track and report on media coverage, share of voice, and sentiment analysis.
  • Prepare regular communication performance reports and highlight key outcomes.
  • Support the documentation of communication plans, project briefs, and results for internal reference.


Collaboration & Alignment

  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Campaigns, and Digital teams to ensure message consistency across platforms.
  • Assist the Associate Director in ensuring all communication activities align with Modon’s corporate strategy and brand positioning.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.


Experience and Competencies:

  • 5–7 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or media.
  • Proven writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (native-level fluency required).
  • Experience working in a corporate or agency environment, preferably within real estate, government, or large-scale development.
  • Strong media relations experience with UAE and regional outlets.
  • Skilled in managing content production, events, and press interactions.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with attention to detail and organizational discipline.
