Social Media Manager – Real Estate | Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, supporting the digital presence of our growing real estate portfolio.

As a key member of our marketing department, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage content calendars and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, and marketing) to support branding and lead generation goals.
• Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape within the real estate sector.
• Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) managing social media in the real estate, property, or luxury lifestyle sector.
• Strong knowledge of paid advertising, analytics tools, and performance metrics (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to content and campaigns.
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
