Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X).
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing team members.
- Run and optimize social media campaigns when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
