About Us

Elevate Talent & Marketing is a growing digital marketing agency helping businesses build their online presence, generate leads, and grow their brands. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our remote team.

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X).
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting.
  • Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing team members.
  • Run and optimize social media campaigns when required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple client accounts.
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
