Social Media Manager & Sales Executive

Toyota Gateway Motors is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Sales Executive to lead our digital marketing efforts while supporting sales growth. This position requires a professional who can manage social media platforms, generate and convert leads, oversee creative production, and coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to strengthen the Toyota Gateway Motors brand.

The ideal candidate will be both a strong marketer and an effective team leader capable of managing designers, video editors, and content creators while ensuring marketing campaigns contribute to business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Marketing Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and lead generation.
  • Manage paid and organic social media initiatives.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Toyota Gateway Motors' brand standards and marketing objectives.

Team Management & Creative Oversight

  • Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, video editors, photographers, content creators, and other creative personnel.
  • Assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate content production, promotional campaigns, vehicle launches, and showroom marketing activities.
  • Maintain quality control across all creative and marketing materials.
  • Foster collaboration between the marketing, creative, and sales teams.

Sales & Lead Management

  • Respond to inquiries generated through social media, digital campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and schedule showroom visits and test drives.
  • Assist in converting leads into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement, lead generation, and sales conversions.
  • Recommend improvements based on data and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, sales, or a similar role.
  • Previous experience managing creative teams including graphic designers and video editors.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and related marketing tools is preferred.
  • Automotive industry experience is an advantage but not required.
