<Responsibilities>
- Develop and execute innovative social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Create high-quality content including photography, videos, graphics, and written posts that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
- Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach targeted audiences effectively while managing budgets for maximum ROI.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design and video editing to produce visually appealing content.
- Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign success and refine strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong relationship management.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team on branding initiatives, promotional events, and public relations efforts to enhance our community presence.
<Requirements>
- Proven experience in social media management within the hospitality or small business sector.
- Proficiency in social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software; video editing experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research to improve content discoverability.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess performance metrics.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in all content creation efforts.
