Social Media Manager / Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager who can create engaging social media content and help grow our company’s online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and brand growth strategies.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital trends, understands audience behavior, and knows how to turn ideas into high-performing posts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging, high-quality social media content (posts, captions, reels, carousels)
• Manage and grow company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and TikTok
• Plan and execute social media content calendars
• Write SEO-friendly captions, hashtags, and post descriptions
• Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and respond professionally
• Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with viral trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns and promotions
• Maintain brand voice, consistency, and professionalism across platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Executive, or Content Creator
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Experience with content writing, caption writing, and hashtag research
• Understanding of SEO basics and social media analytics
• Ability to create content that drives engagement, reach, and followers
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or brand management
• Knowledge of paid social media ads is a plus
• Experience growing business pages organically
• Portfolio or examples of previously managed social media accounts
