- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform content planning.
- Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to improve content visibility and organic reach.
- Run targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong community relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, and creative departments to ensure cohesive branding efforts.
- Oversee public relations initiatives related to social media campaigns to enhance brand reputation.
