Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging, original, and high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, stories, blogs, etc.).
- Manage and grow company presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
- Plan monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and competitors.
- Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams for campaign alignment.
- Run and monitor paid ad campaigns on social platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in social media management and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights for strategy improvement.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
