Social Media Manager/Content Creator

Cabu is a next-generation ready-to-drink latte that blends coffee and the creamy part of the chocolate bean, creating a Cacao Latte that’s smooth, rich, dairy-free. We’re a design-forward, NYC-based beverage startup, and our product wins the Pepsi challenge vs competing products.

We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help bring Cabu’s voice and visuals to life across Instagram and TikTok.
You’ll create, post, and engage, turning Cabu’s brand into a living, breathing story online.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and execute weekly content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, Reels).
• Create short-form video and photo content that feels native, not ad-y.
• Capture UGC-style content during field marketing demos, events, and around NYC.
• Write engaging captions that align with Cabu’s tone.
• Engage with our growing community and respond to DMs/comments.
• Work directly with the founder to evolve brand voice and storytelling.
• Based in New York City and available for in-person shoots and field activations.
• A natural storyteller with strong aesthetic sense; you feel what fits the Cabu vibe.
• Experienced creating and managing content for brands (CPG, beverage, or lifestyle preferred).
• Skilled in short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok), mobile-first content, and analytics.
• Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable working in startup environments.

Job Type: Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
