We are searching for a passionate social media manager who is willing to learn more in Digital marketing by representing our company and our clients by building a strong social media presence. The social media manager will be required to grow the social media audience across various social media platforms and for different clients across various industries, run advertising campaigns, and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You will also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments and direct messages, and oversee our audience's interaction across all platforms. To be successful in this role, you should possess a wealth of pertinent marketing experience, along with experience in community building and managing community engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute exciting and effective social media and digital communication campaigns to align with the brand values, and engage with our target audiences.
  • Formulate high-quality novel content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.
  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence, and staying up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
  • Building brand awareness by communicating and engaging with industry professionals and relevant influencers to create a strong network.
  • Manage and engage the online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
  • Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics for both social media platforms, along with digital media platforms
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Coach employees company-wide on content creation best practices.
  • Stay updated with new marketing initiatives, while also perfecting existing marketing techniques
  • Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
  • Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.
  • Attend networking events or relevant industry workshops.
  • Liaise with external agencies or journalists to ensure accurate brand representation.

Requirements:.

  • A degree in any course is required.
  • Proven experience developing a marketing plan and executing social media strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and Snapcaht and other social media best practices.
  • Experience with doing audience personal research
  • Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
  • Proven ability to build social media communities.
  • Understanding of graphic design principles.
  • Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.
  • Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
