Social Media Manager/Receptionist

Social Media Manager/Receptionist handles front-desk operations—greeting clients, answering phones, and managing inquiries—while concurrently creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. They maintain brand consistency, monitor trends, and analyze metrics to boost engagement, requiring strong communication, multitasking, and basic digital design skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Front Desk Administration: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, handle emails, manage and book appointments, and maintain a professional reception area.

· Social Media Management: Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, videos) on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

· Digital Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster community engagement.

· Content Strategy & Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, propose innovative content ideas, and analyze performance metrics to improve reach and engagement.

· Brand Consistency: Collaborate with teams to ensure all social content aligns with company branding.

· Campaign Setup: Building and launching paid campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Ads.

Qualifications & Skills

· Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role, with experience in social media management or marketing.

· Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, multitasking ability, organizational skills, and proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, email).

· Social Media Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools and graphic design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
