What You’ll Do:

As our Social Media Manager, Content Creator, and Editor, you’ll take the lead on all things digital presence — planning, creating, and executing content that reflects who we are and what we stand for.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Planning and editing high-quality short-form content for Instagram and TikTok
• Writing captivating captions, scripts, and social posts that align with our brand voice.
• Managing our content calendar — scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and ensuring consistent posting.
• Collaborating with leadership and the team to highlight our company culture, success stories, and community impact.
• Growing our social media presence through creativity, consistency, and authentic storytelling.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• A strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and what performs well on each platform.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in brand storytelling, lifestyle, or personal development content.
• Knowledge of paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads).
• A portfolio or examples of content you’ve created that performed well.
