The Role:

We’re on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Head to join our team. This isn’t just about managing our own presence—it’s about taking care of our clients’ brands across a variety of social media platforms. If you’re someone who understands the ins and outs of social media ecosystems and loves bringing ideas to life, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Craft Strategies: You’ll develop and execute social media strategies that boost brand awareness and engagement for our clients on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Set Up & Manage: From setting up Business Manager accounts to creating e-commerce shops on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, you’ll handle it all with expertise in Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Ads. running.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our content writers and creative team to produce content that not only looks great but also aligns perfectly with each client’s brand and goals.
• Client Communication: You’ll be the bridge between our team and our clients, ensuring content calendars are approved and aligned with their marketing strategies.
• Research & Ideation: You’ll be the go-to for fresh, innovative content ideas, backed by thorough research and a deep understanding of each client’s audience.
• Paid Ads: You’ll plan and manage and run paid social media campaigns, making sure they deliver the best possible results.
• Analyze & Optimize: Monitoring and analyzing social media performance is key—you’ll use these insights to tweak and improve strategies over time.
• Stay Updated: Social media is always evolving, and so are we. You’ll keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our clients are always ahead of the game.
• Engage: Building and nurturing online communities will be a big part of your role, responding to comments and messages to foster strong relationships.

Who You Are:

• Education & Experience: You’ve got a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager with expertise in Ads running campaign—ideally in an agency environment or in a market place.
• Skills: You’re well-versed in social media platforms and management tools. You know how to set up and manage Business Managers and e-commerce shops, and you’re skilled in crafting and optimizing paid ad campaigns.
• Collaborator: You’re great at working with teams and clients, bringing ideas to life while keeping everything organized and on track.
• Creative Thinker: Your research skills are top-notch, and you have a knack for coming up with content ideas that really connect with audiences.
• Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail, ensuring everything from strategy to execution is on point.

Working Days & Timings

Monday - Friday (3PM-2AM) with 6-8 PM break

Saturdays (3PM-6PM)

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs 80,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Social Media Ads: 3 years (Preferred)
• Knowledge of working in USA market remotely and expertise in running their meta Ads,
• Working with E-Commerce Industry
