Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Marketer with proven expertise in the Research & Publication (RSP) industry. The role involves managing social media platforms, executing marketing strategies, and overseeing lead management to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content specific to the RSP industry.
• Monitor social media channels to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare detailed reports.
• Manage and nurture leads generated through social media channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Social Media Marketing & Management within the Research & Publication industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
• Experience in lead management and nurturing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop or equivalent).
• Experience with paid campaigns for academic or publication-focused audiences.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
