Position Overview:
We are hiring a Social Media Strategist to design and implement impactful social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in multi-platform content creation, paid advertising, analytics, and community building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Marketing Strategy – Create custom roadmaps for brand awareness, lead generation & conversions.
• Content Design & Creation – Develop carousels, reels, graphics & copy optimized for clicks & shares.
• Growth & Engagement Strategy – Implement organic tactics & paid campaigns that boost followers by 150%+.
• SEO & Hashtag Optimization – Write keyword-rich captions & curate hashtag suites for maximum discoverability.
• Paid Social Advertising – Manage ads across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & YouTube with A/B testing.
• Social Media Automation & Scheduling – Use Hootsuite, Buffer & Later to maintain consistent posting workflows.
• Data-Driven Marketing & Analytics – Leverage Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite insights for campaign optimization.
• Competitor Research & Trend Analysis – Conduct ongoing audits to stay ahead of industry shifts.
• Multi-Platform Expertise – Apply tailored tactics for each platform’s best practices.
• Community Engagement & Brand Growth – Lead proactive commenting, UGC activations & audience nurturing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media strategy/management.
• Strong understanding of both paid and organic growth.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite (preferred), and social media scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends, algorithms, and emerging tools.
