SMM Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Strategy:

Develop, implement, and manage social media content plans across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), ensuring alignment with the company’s marketing goals and brand voice

  • Community Engagement:

Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers across all social media channels. Foster an active and positive online community through daily interactions and engagement strategies.

  • Social Media Campaigns:

Design and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives. Track performance metrics to assess the success of each campaign and optimize for better results.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

Regularly track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.). Provide monthly reports with key metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions) and actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

  • Brand Consistency:

Ensure all social media content and interactions are consistent with the company’s branding, voice, and guidelines. Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality visuals, graphics, and copy.

  • Trends & Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and the competitive landscape. Leverage emerging platforms and tactics to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Paid Social Advertising:

Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, ad creation, and performance analysis. Optimize ads to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and content marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
