Job Summary

We’re seeking a proactive, data-driven LinkedIn Social Media Manager to own our presence on LinkedIn and grow our brand, thought leadership, and lead-generation efforts. You’ll develop and execute content strategy, manage community engagement, run organic and paid campaigns, collaborate with product and sales, and report on performance to continuously improve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the LinkedIn content strategy aligned to company goals (brand awareness, recruitment, demand gen, thought leadership).
  • Plan, write, and publish a regular cadence of posts (long-form articles, short-form posts, carousels, video captions) tailored for LinkedIn audiences.
  • Manage and grow the company page(s) — optimize profile, showcase pages, and employee amplification programs.
  • Build and nurture community: respond to comments and messages, moderate discussions, and grow followers through organic tactics.
  • Work with product, sales, recruiting and leadership to surface timely content (case studies, customer stories, product updates, hiring posts) and translate complex ideas into compelling posts.
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar and content production workflow (briefs, approvals, repurposing assets across formats).
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and present insights + recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Experiment with formats (video, carousels, newsletters) and run A/B tests to increase CTR, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Train and enable employees/leadership on LinkedIn best practices to amplify reach and credibility (employee advocacy program).

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years experience managing social media for B2B or B2C brands, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record of growing LinkedIn profiles and delivering measurable results (engagement, followers, leads).
  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills; experience writing long-form posts and articles.
  • Experience running LinkedIn Ads and using Campaign Manager (creating audiences, optimizing bids, measuring conversions).
  • Comfortable working with analytics (LinkedIn analytics, Google Analytics, spreadsheets) and turning data into action.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Finance, Consulting related job role.
  • Familiarity with social management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, Loomly, or equivalent) and creative tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
  • Experience with content repurposing and SEO principles for long-form LinkedIn content.
  • Experience running or supporting executive thought-leadership programs.

  • Content calendar tools and basic design tools (Canva, Figma)
  • Basic video editing (preferred)

KPIs / Success Metrics:

  • Follower growth rate (monthly)
  • Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares) per post
  • Impressions and reach
  • Leads generated (via LinkedIn or landing pages) and Cost Per Lead for paid campaigns
  • Click-through rate (CTR) for content and ads
  • Employee amplification participation and reach
