Job Opportunity: SMM Executive (Onsite)

We're looking for an experienced and talented SMM Executive to join our team on-site. This role is perfect for a highly organised individual who can manage all aspects of our social media presence, from content creation and event promotion to media handling and activity management.

Key Responsibilities:

As an SMM Executive, you will be the driving force behind our brand's online engagement and growth. Your primary duties will include:

1. Content Strategy & Creation:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
• Create engaging, high-quality visual content (graphics, videos, stories, etc.) daily using Canva Pro (paid version access provided).
• Write compelling and clear copy for all posts, ensuring consistent tone and message across different platforms.
• Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady, timely flow of posts.

2. Event & Activity Management:

• Plan, promote, and execute social media campaigns for company events, product launches, and seasonal activities.
• Coordinate all on-site social media coverage during events, including live posting, story updates, and media capture.
• Track and report on the success of event-specific campaigns to inform future strategies.

3. Social Media & Media Handling Expertise:

• Oversee and manage all major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Meta Business Suite (including Ads Manager, audience targeting, and analytics) for effective campaign deployment.
• Act as the first point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for appropriate responses.
• Monitor social listening to identify trends, engage in conversations, and manage community feedback.

4. Reporting & Optimisation:

• Analyse performance data using platform analytics and provide regular, insightful reports on key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).
• Identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven recommendations to optimise social media performance and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SMM Executive or similar role (Portfolio required).
• Expert proficiency in Canva Pro for rapid and professional post creation.
• In-depth knowledge of Meta Business Manager and the best practices for social media marketing.
• Exceptional skills in content creation (visuals and copywriting) with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and promote events both online and on-site.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Work Days: Monday to Friday
