Social Media Marketer

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Marketer to lead and scale our clients’ social media presence. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on execution to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. You will oversee daily social media operations, manage a small marketing team, and collaborate closely with designers and content specialists to ensure consistent and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data-driven social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Oversee daily social media activities, ensuring consistent, on-brand communication.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
• Create, review, and enhance compelling content aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and support junior team members, promoting continuous learning and development.
• Monitor emerging trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Work closely with design and content teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality campaigns.
• Track performance metrics, prepare comprehensive monthly reports, and share actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 1-1.5 years of demonstrated experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in paid advertising and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication, content writing, and leadership skills.
• Creative and strategic mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Full-time, on-site availability is required.
