Social Media Marketer (Brand Visibility & Lead Generation) - Remote Position

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Growth Social Media Marketing Manager to build, manage, and scale our brand presence while driving qualified leads through organic and paid channels. This role will focus on brand reputation, social media growth, and lead generation through performance marketing strategies.

The ideal Social Media Marketing Manager candidate understands full-funnel marketing, combines brand storytelling with data-driven growth tactics, and has proven experience improving search rankings and driving inbound conversions (calendar bookings, demo requests, or orders).

Key Responsibilities

1️ Online Visibility & Brand Awareness

  • Develop and execute a social media growth strategy
  • Increase reach, impressions, and brand recognition
  • Position the company as a trusted product provider
  • Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging

2️ Content Creation & Strategy

  • Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
  • Develop educational content
  • Showcase client testimonials and case studies
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendar

3️ Lead Generation & Demo Booking

  • Create and manage paid ad campaigns
  • Build lead funnels and landing page integrations
  • Optimize campaigns to lower cost per lead
  • Work with sales team to ensure leads convert into demo bookings
  • Improve conversion rates from click → lead → demo

4️ Paid Advertising Management

  • Run and optimize Meta ad campaigns
  • Retarget website visitors and video viewers
  • A/B test creatives and messaging
  • Track ROAS and cost per booked demo

5️ Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs:
  • Reach & engagement
  • Cost per lead
  • Cost per booked demo
  • Conversion rate
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in growth marketing / digital marketing
  • Proven track record of improving brand visibility
  • Hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
  • Experience with:
  • Google Search Engine
  • Meta Ads
  • LinkedIn
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
  • Google Analytics / GA4
  • Conversion tracking & pixel setup
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and own growth targets

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience with CRM & marketing automation tools
  • Landing page optimization experience
  • Content marketing background
