Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan, create, and manage engaging content calendars, including posts, captions, hashtags, and visuals.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, etc) and optimize performance.
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments and messages, and build strong online communities.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to enhance performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and trends.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Proficiency in using tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Analytics, and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• A proactive, strategic thinker with attention to detail and innovation.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Marketer/Manager.
• Experience handling multiple brands or client projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success in growing social media pages, running ad campaigns, and achieving measurable marketing goals.
