Pay: Rs 80,000.00 – Rs 100,000.00 per month

The Role

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Head to lead our social media marketing operations. This role goes beyond managing our own presence — you will manage and grow multiple clients’ brands across a variety of platforms. If you’re someone who truly understands the social media ecosystem and loves bringing creative ideas to life, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Craft & Execute Strategies: Develop social media strategies to build brand awareness and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Set Up & Manage Platforms: Create and manage Business Manager accounts and set up e-commerce shops on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with content writers and designers to deliver on-brand, high-quality content.
• Client Communication: Coordinate content calendars and approvals with clients, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
• Research & Ideation: Generate innovative content ideas backed by market research and audience insights.
• Paid Ads: Plan, manage, and run paid campaigns (especially Meta Ads) to achieve maximum ROI.
• Analyze & Optimize: Track social media performance and use data insights to improve campaigns.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Engage: Build and nurture online communities through active engagement and response management.

Who You Are

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications or related field, with 3–4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably in an agency or marketplace setting).
• Paid Ads Expert: Proven experience running Meta Ads for the USA market and managing e-commerce campaigns.
• Platform Knowledge: Skilled in social media platforms, management tools, Business Manager setup, and shop integrations.
• Creative & Organized: Strong research, ideation, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Detail-Oriented: Consistently delivers accurate and high-quality work.

Working Days & Timings

• Monday–Friday: 3 PM – 2 AM (with 6–8 PM break)
• Saturday: 3 PM – 6 PM
