Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our café's brand identity.

Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.

Coordinate with the café team to promote special events, new menu items, and seasonal promotions.

Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement rates.

Collaborate with influencers or local businesses for cross-promotional opportunities.

Create eye-catching graphics and visuals that reflect the ambiance of our café.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

A proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns (1-3 years of experience).

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

Exceptional writing skills with a knack for storytelling through posts and captions.

Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.

A creative mindset with an eye for design; familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is advantageous.
