SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING ASSISTANT (REELS + SHORT-FORM VIDEO)

Gloves In A Bottle is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Assistant with a passion for short-form video storytelling. Your mission: help us bring our brand to life through engaging, polished, and authentic Instagram Reels and TikToks that highlight the real impact of our skincare products on hardworking hands everywhere — from nurses and first responders to artists and everyday heroes.

If you love transforming raw clips into scroll-stopping, story-driven videos that connect emotionally and visually, this role is for you.

This position is based in Montrose, CA (IN-PERSON)

What You’ll Do

- Edit and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that showcase our product benefits and brand stories.

- Develop visually cohesive and emotionally resonant content that aligns with our brand tone — authentic, positive, and empowering.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and campaign ideas.

- Select key moments, write platform-specific captions, and add text overlays, transitions, and sound to enhance storytelling.

- Stay ahead of emerging social trends and adapt them in ways that feel organic to the brand.

- Organize and manage content for social media scheduling and reporting.

You Are

- A creative short-form video editor with 1–3 years of experience crafting Reels, TikToks, or similar short-form videos for brands or creators.

- Skilled in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva Video (bonus if you know motion graphics).

- Obsessed with storytelling and detail — you can turn a 5-minute testimonial or product demo into a 30-second emotional hook.

- In tune with current social media trends, sounds, and best practices.

- Organized, reliable, and collaborative — comfortable working remotely with a small team.

A bonus if you have experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness brands.

Base Pay: From $18.00 per hour
