Social Media Marketing Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, campaign execution, audience engagement, and performance tracking to support brand awareness and lead generation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage daily posting, comments, messages, and community engagement
• Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
• Manage social media calendars and ensure brand consistency
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports
• Optimize content based on insights, engagement, and reach
• Support paid social media campaigns (basic level, if required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
