Part-Time Social Media Video Content Creator (Part-time)

Hours: Flexible; includes some Saturdays for events

Wilkins Harley-Davidson—the most award-winning dealership in New England—is looking for a creative, self-driven Social Media Video Content Creator to help us stay ahead of the curve on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and beyond.

This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, trends, and is always on their phone capturing the moment. You’ll play a key role in keeping our content sharp, fun, fast, and relevant.

What You’ll Do:

• Film short-form video content (using your iPhone) in and around the dealership—motorcycles, people, behind-the-scenes, and all the cool stuff.
• Spot and react to trends on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook and create timely content that fits our brand voice (irreverent, bold, funny).
• Edit and splice footage quickly using mobile-friendly apps like CapCut or InShot, or whatever tool you love best.
• Capture sneak peeks of events—before, during, and after—and help us hype them across our platforms.
• Collaborate to ensure alignment on messaging and timing.
• Post directly to social channels, optimizing for each platform’s format and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience filming and editing social video content (even if it’s just your own TikTok or IG—show us what you’ve done).
• Strong knowledge of current trends, memes, soundtracks, and viral formats.
• Comfort approaching people and capturing candid moments in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast turnaround—able to shoot, edit, and post within a day or less.
• Bonus if you love motorcycles or are curious to learn about them!
