Social Media Marketing & Content Specialist

We are a fast-growing supermarket company seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and post engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other social networks
• Develop weekly promotional posts for store specials, events, and seasonal campaigns
• Plan and execute creative marketing ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, including responding to comments and messages
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve reach and engagement
• Coordinate with store departments to capture fresh products, promotions, and in-store highlights

Qualifications:

• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms
• Basic photography and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar tools preferred)
• Strong creativity and understanding of current social media trends
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bilingual (English plus Spanish or Korean) is a plus
