Position Summary

The Marketing & Creative Coordinator is responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing, creative, and operational initiatives across multiple brands and locations. This role oversees social media management, content creation, digital and print design, sales reporting, internal communications, and event support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Manage social media posts, reels, stories, and video content for multiple brands, including:
  • Tarrant Roofing
  • Tarrant Solar
  • Tarrant Fabrication
  • Tarrant Team (Sales Team Page)
  • Stretch Zone locations
  • Capture and produce content including photography, drone footage, and video
  • Edit videos and create engaging visual content
  • Write compelling copy for social media posts and campaigns
  • Schedule, post, and monitor content across social media platforms

Creative, Digital & Print Materials

  • Design and produce all creative assets for all companies and departments, including:
  • Flyers, mailers, trifolds, slicks, and brochures
  • Magazine advertisements
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Digital graphics and print materials

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Create and maintain monthly job boards for Fawne, including Residential, Repairs, Solar, Tarrant Fabrication, and New Construction
  • Design and manage business card production
  • Create new employee name badges during onboarding
  • Provide AccuLynx training to internal teams as needed

Reporting & Meetings

  • Pull weekly sales reports and update Canva slide decks for Friday meetings (completed every Thursday)
  • Track and report weekly Truck Contest numbers
  • Set up and manage technology for Friday meetings, including Microsoft Teams calls between offices
  • Maintain reporting, tracking, and point systems for sales contests such as Beat the Heat and the Tarrant Cup

Events & Internal Engagement

  • Assist with company event planning, including the annual Christmas Party, in collaboration with internal teams
  • Manage office calendars and create monthly birthday and anniversary flyers
  • Coordinate desk decorations to celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or creative coordination preferred
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools
  • Strong copywriting, design, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with reporting, data tracking, and internal presentation materials

Preferred Skills

  • Video editing and content creation experience
  • Drone photography experience (or willingness to learn)
  • Familiarity with AccuLynx or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience supporting sales teams and internal meetings

Pay: $45,236.00 - $62,400.00 per year
