Social Media, Marketing & Design Coordinator (In-House)

About Us:
Global Contractors is a leading home improvement company based in North Miami, specializing in roofing, impact windows & doors, HVAC, and remodeling. We’re looking for a creative, hands-on person to manage our marketing, social media, and website in-house (not remote).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts.
• Create and post up to 10 posts per month (including up to 6 Reels).
• Post up to 20 Stories per month with engaging, professional design.
• Handle creative direction, graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
• Design and produce ads, videos, and marketing materials that fit our brand.
• Manage and promote the Google Business Profile (up to 10 posts per month).
• Update and refresh the company website, including layout, content, and SEO.
• Work with management to plan campaigns and highlight ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong background in graphic design and visual branding.
• Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of WordPress or website editing tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and initiative.
• Must work on-site in North Miami (not remote).

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: From $17.00 per hour
